Shipping Information.
AnimalComforts® will ship your order within 7 days* [does not apply to UK Export Orders] after your order is processed. For embroidered beds, please add two more days. Please remember that your AnimalComforts® pet bed is made to order, especially for you!
Services Provided.
AnimalComforts® receives orders 7 days a week. Orders received later in the day, will be processed the following business day. All weekend orders are processed the next business day. All shipments are processed by EDI (electronic data interchange) to provide our customers with an efficient, timely residential delivery. If for whatever reason FedEx® cannot be used, our second choice carrier is UPS® to Canada and USPS® to all other locations.
Standard Delivery Service:
We utilize the FedEx® Ground Service for all shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states.
FedEx® Ground offers a reliable and affordable delivery service; making international and long distance deliveries, trouble-free.
Under normal circumstances, package transit times to Canada are 6 days*, and Puerto Rico in 7 days*.
This chart will give you an idea of the costs. This is just an example, so please remember that bolster-beds will take up more space than pads and pillow beds.

Shipment Confirmations.
When you order has been shipped, AnimalComforts® will send you a confirmation email, informing you what we shipped, when, where to, and how it was shipped. You will be given a FedEx® tracking number (if applicable). Please allow 1 day* after receiving the email for your tracking number to appear. http://www.fedex.com/us/tracking/ for FedEx® shipments. Just enter the tracking number that we give you into the box, and you be able to find out exactly where your shipment is.
Shipping Address Changes.
Once your order has been submitted, shipping information cannot be changed. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify any information pertaining to that particular order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope that in the majority of cases, our faster processing time works to your advantage.
Shipping “Oversize“ Beds.
You may be alarmed at our shipping rates! Please remember that most of our beds are big and over-stuffed. Because of this they are shipped as an “oversized” product. Our largest beds (eg. X-Large) are classed by FedEx® as being “over-max” and therefore ship at the FedEx® maximum 70lb rate.
