Shipping Information.
AnimalComforts® will ship your order within 7 days* [does not apply to Export Orders - see below] after your order is processed. For embroidered beds, please add two more days. Please remember that your AnimalComforts® pet bed is made to order, especially for you!
Customer Pick-Up.
AnimalComforts® offer customers the availability of collecting their purchase from our warehouse in San Diego, California. If you would like to use this service, please select the Customer Pick-Up option under Delivery Service when you CheckOut! AnimalComforts® will notify you by email when you purchase is ready for collection.
Services Provided.
AnimalComforts® receives orders 7 days a week. Orders received later in the day, will be processed the following business day. All weekend orders are processed the next business day. AnimalComforts® ship via FedEx® to residential and business addresses in the “48 contiguous states”. All shipments are processed by EDI (electronic data interchange) to provide our customers with an efficient, timely residential delivery. If for whatever reason FedEx® cannot be used, our second choice carrier is UPS®. AnimalComforts® offer two shipping alternatives.

Standard Delivery:
Our “Bronze” service, utilizes FedEx® Home Delivery Service the first small-package service dedicated exclusively to residential delivery, with shipments generally arriving in 5 business days from the date shipped [west to east coast]. One of the many benefits of the FedEx® Home Delivery Service are the expanded delivery times, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Enhanced Delivery:
Our “Silver” service, again utilizes FedEx® Home Delivery Service, but your order will be shipped 3day Air!
FedEx® Home Delivery Service is not available to some rural zip-codes. Any deliveries outside of FedEx® Home Delivery service area will be made by UPS® Ground Service at the same rate.
This chart will give you an idea of the costs. This is just an example, so please remember that bolster-beds will take up more space than pads and pillow beds.

Non-Contiguous & Canada Shipments.
AnimalComforts® will ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, other US territories. USPS® maybe used as a second choice carrier. For more information on delivery to these locations click here.
UK Export Shipments.
AnimalComforts® will ship to the `UK` via our warehouse near Morecombe, England. Your will be responsible for the transport charges from our warehouse to your home. There is a minimum delivery charge of £40 which, depending on the design of bed ordered, could cover the delivery charges of up to 4 beds ! For more information on UK delivery click here.
Shipment Confirmations.
When you order has been shipped, AnimalComforts® will send you a confirmation email, informing you what we shipped, when, where to, and how it was shipped. You will be given a FedEx® tracking number (if applicable). Please allow 1 day* after receiving the email for your tracking number to appear. http://www.fedex.com/us/tracking/ for FedEx® shipments. Just enter the tracking number that we give you into the box, and you be able to find out exactly where your shipment is.
Shipping Address Changes.
Once your order has been submitted, shipping information cannot be changed. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify any information pertaining to that particular order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope that in the majority of cases, our faster processing time works to your advantage.
Shipping “Oversize“ Beds.
You may be alarmed at our shipping rates! Please remember that most of our beds are big and over-stuffed. Because of this they are shipped as an “oversized” product. Our largest beds (eg. X-Large) are classed by FedEx® as being “over-max” and therefore ship at the FedEx® maximum 70lb rate.
Please note that our enhanced “Silver” service is not available on some X-Large beds.
