Minimum Order Quantities.
Unlike some other companies, AnimalComforts® do not have a minimum order level, nor a minimum order charge.
Sales Taxes.
AnimalComforts® will charge state tax for all orders delivered to California addresses.
Order Confirmation.
Once your order has been accepted by AnimalComforts®, while still on-line, you will be able to print a copy of your order/invoice from our website. You will also receive a confirmation email message with the details of your purchase, including your Order number.
Order Changes & Cancellations.
Because of the speed that we process your order into our production facility, all sales are final and complete, once accepted by AnimalComforts®. Most orders are in our cutting department within 24 hours! If you have any questions about your order please contact us at support@animalcomforts.com and we will do whatever we can to facilitate your request.
Measuring Your Pet.
AnimalComforts® suggest that before ordering a bed, that you measure your pet, while they are lying down. Then add on 9-12 inches. If you want a snug fit, only add 5-7 inches.
Photographs.
In most cases the photographs we use are taken from development versions of the products, and therefore these photographs are only meant to show a general display of the product. The image may not be fully representative of the final design sold on this website.
Dimensions.
When we ship products, some beds may be slightly compressed to either fit within a standard box size, or to accomodate shipping company maximum dimensions and/or classifications. Therefore when a bed is first removed from the box it may appear compressed and not to size. Even though we have tried to achieve as correct information as is feasible, all dimensions described on our website are approximate, can be affected by packing, shipping, and foam hardness.
Coloration.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colors of our products on this website. However, as the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, video card and display settings, we cannot guarantee that any color will be 100%. On our leather beds, some variations of shade and tone are to be expected, as are the nicks, scratches and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather.
Back Orders.
If it is necessary to back order an item if you have ordered multiple items, we will advise you accordingly.
